Photograph the prescription and send it through the form, or hand it over at the counter. Either way it reaches a pharmacist, not a queue.
We check and confirm
Stock, dose, strength and interactions with your current medicines are verified. If something is missing we say so straight away and offer the alternative.
Dispense or refer
Your medicine is prepared and labelled. If the complaint needs a doctor first, you are booked into a consulting room down the corridor instead.
Leave knowing how
Before you go we explain how and when to take it, what to avoid, and what a side effect looks like. Collect at the counter or have it delivered.

Monitored cold chainInsulin, vaccines and biologicals are held in a temperature-logged fridge at 2–8 °C, checked daily and carried in cool packs when delivered.

Expiry sweepsShelves are rotated so the nearest expiry sits at the front, and short-dated stock is pulled well before the date printed on the box.

Two-pharmacist readPrescriptions for high-risk medicines, children's doses and multi-drug regimens are confirmed by a second pharmacist before dispensing.

Long-term treatment fails on logistics, not on pharmacology. A repeat record means the box is reserved, prepared and — if you prefer — brought to your door in a sealed, unmarked bag.

01Do I need an appointment to speak to a pharmacist?
No. Advice at the counter is walk-in: dosage, interactions, side effects, what to take with food and what not to mix. Only doctor consultations and treatment-room procedures are booked in advance.
02Can you tell me if a medicine is in stock before I come?
Yes. Send a photo of the prescription, or the exact name and strength, through the contact form. We check the shelf and reply with availability, the price and, where relevant, an equivalent alternative.
03What if my medicine is unavailable?
We tell you immediately rather than letting you wait. In most cases we can order it from the distributor, or propose a generic with the same active ingredient and strength — confirmed with your prescribing doctor when the substitution is not straightforward.
04How do you handle insulin and other refrigerated medicines?
They are stored in a dedicated fridge held between 2 and 8 °C with daily temperature logs. For collection or delivery they leave in an insulated pack, and we explain how long the medicine can stay out of the fridge on the way home.
05Can someone else collect my prescription?
Yes, if you name that person in advance through the form or at the counter. They should bring the prescription or the reference we give you. For controlled medicines, identification is required at collection.
06Do you take samples for laboratory tests on site?
Yes. Blood and urine samples are collected in the treatment room and processed by our partner laboratory. Fasting tests are scheduled in the morning slots, and results are returned to you and to the doctor who ordered them.
